For me, silversmithing is a kind of therapy, and there’s nothing I love more than sharing this with others. My jewellery-making workshops are super relaxed, with a maximum of four people per session – big enough to make new friends, and small enough to get all the attention you need while you learn your new skill.
In your hand-stamped ring- or bangle-making workshop, you’ll start with the raw materials (silver sheet or wire), then use traditional hand fabrication techniques, an array of tools, and some good old fire, to create a unique piece of jewellery. For best results, I’ll keep your jewellery at the studio for burnishing in the barrelling machine overnight. Gold plating is offered for an additional charge of £25. The ring or bangle can then be collected from the studio at your convenience, delivered free to BS postcodes or posted further afield for £6.25.
Workshops are bookable via the form below and charged at £85pp, for a three-hour session including all materials, snacks and soft drinks. Discounts are available if you book two places (£5 per person discount) or four places (£10 per person discount) in one transaction.
